REFUND POLICY

If you have made a deposit but not played any games or entered any tournaments, we will refund any and all charge(s) up to 30days after the date of purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.

One Up Group LLC DOES NOT issue refunds for deposits that have already been used to play games or enter tournaments. After the first gameplay or tournament entry, you must request any remaining funds in your balance to be returned via withdrawal request.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the approval of withdrawal requests.
